Asian-Inspired Crusted Ahi Tuna

Encrusted Tuna with Beanitos



  1. In a shallow dish, combine chips, salt and sesame seeds
  2. Dredge tuna in crumbs, pressing firmly so crumbs adhere
  3. In a nonstick skillet, heat sesame oil over medium high heat
  4. Add tuna to pan and sear on both sides for 3 minutes
  5. Remove tuna from pan and allow to sit for 1 minute before slicing
  6. Slice tuna ¼ inch thin and serve over greens with dressing of choice
