Ingredients
- ½ cantaloupe, diced
- ½ honeydew, diced
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 2 jalapenos, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- ½ bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 2 lime, juiced
- Salt
- If desired add mozzarella or goat cheese
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
- Mix well and sprinkle in a large pinch of salt.
- Serve with your favorite bag of Beanitos!
