- 1 6oz bag of Beanitos Simply Pinto
- ½ lb of honey ham, cut into large dices
- Dill pickles
- ½ lb of shredded Swiss cheese
- Yellow mustard
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Meanwhile, place Beanitos on a nonstick pan or skillet.
- Add the diced honey ham, shredded cheese, dill pickle slices on top of the Beanitos.
- Add pan to the pre-heated oven and let it melt for 5 minutes in the oven.
- Remove pan from oven, squeeze yellow mustard and garnish with cilantro.
