Walnut, Ricotta and Pear Crostini Recipe

  • 1 ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • ¼ cup walnut pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Honey


  1. Divide ricotta cheese among chips. 
  2. Top each piece with several ripe pear slices and some walnut pieces.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle each with honey.
  4. Serve with Beanitos bean chips
